Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the White Note mobile application and related services operated by OINK PROPERTIES LTD (the “Service Provider”).

1. Information the Application obtains
The Application is designed to work without collecting, logging or storing personal information during ordinary use. No account registration is required to use the product.
If the Application is used while connected to the internet, limited technical protocol data such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted in order to establish connectivity. This information is not retained for tracking purposes.
2. Location data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
3. Sharing with third parties
Because the Application does not collect personal information in ordinary use, no personal information is shared with third parties on that basis.
4. Opt-out rights
You may stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device using the standard uninstall processes available on your device or through the app marketplace.
5. Data Retention
Since the Application does not collect personal information during ordinary use, there is generally no user data retained by the Service Provider for operating the Application. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or otherwise submit information directly, that correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep an administrative record, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
6. Data Deletion
If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and later want it erased, you may request deletion by contacting rosie7blackwell@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by a child where parental consent is required, a parent or guardian must provide that consent where permitted by law.
8. Security
Because the Application does not routinely collect personal data, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect the systems and any information it may hold.
9. Data breach notification
If a security incident affects any information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Earlier versions may be requested by contacting the Service Provider at rosie7blackwell@gmail.com.
11. Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.
